The Minnesota Title V program is called Children with Special Health Care Needs (MCSHN). It provides coverage of all cochlear implant services, including aural rehabilitation, for up to $15,000 per year.
Disabled children must meet certain financial eligibility criteria to qualify. If the child is also Medicaid eligble, MCSHN only pays for amounts not paid by Medicaid.
